As quickly as it came, 2022 is almost gone - and with it comes another year of gathering documents and filing tax paperwork. Organization is key! Tax Deadlines for 2022 Business Taxes
The 2023 deadlines for your 2022 tax filings and their respective forms are listed here:
Partnerships – Form 1065

S Corporations – Form 1120S

If you do find yourself a bit behind you can fill out Form 7004 to request more time. This extension will allow you 6 months to get your taxes in order. However, it is important to note that you will have to pay an estimated income tax by the due date to avoid IRS penalties. Be sure to not put off payment just because you get an extension as payment is still due!
